Kiwinove Guardian FAQ
Clear answers about the three Guardian services.
We review your devices, identities, people, current controls and risks before recommending the right Guardian combination.
What is Kiwinove Guardian?+
Kiwinove Guardian is a coordinated cybersecurity offering made up of three complementary services: Kiwinove Guardian Endpoint, Kiwinove Guardian User and Kiwinove Guardian Awareness.
Why is Guardian divided into three services?+
Cybersecurity risk is not limited to one place. Guardian Endpoint protects supported devices, Guardian User focuses on identities and cloud access, and Guardian Awareness strengthens the decisions people make. Together, they provide broader protection than any one layer alone.
What is included with Guardian Endpoint?+
Guardian Endpoint includes 24/7 endpoint monitoring, advanced threat detection, Security Operations Centre oversight and ransomware protection that can isolate an infected machine to help prevent wider network spread.
What is included with Guardian User?+
Guardian User includes 24/7 Microsoft 365 identity monitoring, Security Operations Centre response to account-based threats and AI-powered email filtering for advanced phishing and zero-day email threats.
What is included with Guardian Awareness?+
Guardian Awareness includes ongoing cybersecurity training, realistic phishing campaigns, interactive learning and targeted coaching to reduce risky behaviour and strengthen security culture.
How is Guardian different from Shield?+
Shield focuses on managing, maintaining and protecting business devices. Guardian adds advanced security monitoring and active threat oversight across a broader environment. They are complementary and can work together.
Is Guardian only for large organisations?+
No. The Guardian services can be right-sized around the risks, people and technology of smaller organisations that need stronger security without building an internal security team.
