Kiwinove IT Tools
A professional finish.
Every email.
Create a clean, consistent email signature for your business. Make it yours, preview it and take it with you.
Create your signaturePrivate by design. Signature details are processed on your device, not submitted to Kiwinove or saved by this tool. An optional external logo is loaded only if you enable its preview. Its host can then see your IP address and request.
03 / Your signature
Ready for a good impression.
Example preview — enter your details on the left to create your own.
No Kiwinove branding or tracking is added to your signature. Copying places your details on your device's clipboard; its history or sync settings may retain them.
Put it to work.
- Choose Copy signature.
- In new Outlook or Outlook on the web, open Settings → Accounts → Signatures, create a signature and paste it. In classic Outlook, use File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Set it for new messages and replies, save, then send yourself a test email.
Menu names can vary by version. Copy on a desktop browser for best results. Mobile email apps may support fewer formatting options.
What if copying does not work?
Download the HTML file, open it in your browser, select just the signature and copy it into your email settings. Alternatively, use Copy plain text for a simple version without formatting.
A preview, not a guarantee. Email apps may change spacing, fonts, colours in dark mode or image loading. Test a message in the apps your business uses. This tool does not install or centrally manage signatures.

Common questions
Will every email application show the same layout?
Not necessarily. Outlook versions, mobile applications, dark mode and recipient image settings can change the appearance. Check a real sent message before rolling it out to a team.
Can a logo reveal information to another service?
A remotely hosted logo may be requested when it is previewed or viewed in an email. Its host can receive normal request information. Use an appropriate logo source and avoid including unnecessary personal details.
